FAQ
Can I go on a tour by myself?
Yes. We charge a solo customer price for tours of only one person. Please check the various tour pages for the pricing.
How do I pay for the tour?
If you would like to pay by credit card we will provide you a secure paypal link to pay for your tour. Cash payment on the day will also be accepted.
Can I make a booking on the day of the tour?
Internet bookings can be made up until 2 days before the tour.
Please message using LINE or Whatsapp or call 080-4131-0260 to make a reservation for the day before or the day of the tour.
What age group can participate on a tour?
Anyone in good health, from children 4 years old and up to seniors, is welcome to participate. If you have any questions about this contact us as soon as possible.
What should I bring?
Please check the list of what to bring and what to wear in each tour page description. We will also email you before your tour to remind once again.
Can I bring a camera on the tour?
Cameras are fine but there is always the possibility of damage or loss due to submersion in water. We don’t compensate for personal belongings, so please bring them at your own risk.
I wear glasses/sunglasses.
With all personal items there is always a possibility that you could damage or lose them while on our tour. If you wear glasses or have sunglasses, please bring a glasses band if you have one.
Are the tours safe?
All of our tours can be enjoyed by beginners as well as children and seniors, but because they are activities in nature, a 100% safety guarantee can not be assured. By participating on our tour you accept this risk. We however treat safety as our number one priority and if you follow your guides instructions you significantly reduce your risk to any issues that may or may not arise on the tour.
Does the tour go in bad weather?
We will always check the weather conditions to determine if it is safe to enjoy our tours. The tour will be held in the case of rain. Our first priority is to ensure a safe tour, so if we decide to cancel the tour due to unsafe weather conditions (typhoon, heavy rain, strong winds, etc.), we will notify you by 9:00 p.m. the day before the tour. Please note that we may decide to cancel the tour in the morning of the tour if we have no other choice.
Do you take large group bookings?
Up to 8 people can participate on our sightseeing tours. Up to 6 people can participate on our active tours. We can cater for groups over this limit but need to know well ahead of the tour date, so please contact us at your convenience.
Do you do pick ups/drop offs?
We provide a pick-up and drop off service in the following area. Anything south of the ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Hotel will not be available for our pick up and drop off service. If your accommodation falls outside this area, please contact us as we can arrange for transport options at an extra cost.
Is there parking near the meeting place?
If you choose to come by car, parking is available at all meeting places for all tours and we will inform you of the meeting place in advance. The meeting place is generally within the Nago City area.
Are changing rooms available?
We base our tours around toilet and changing facilities. If we are further from those facilities we also have a portable changing room option available.
Are showers and running water available?
There is a limited portable shower available.
I have a disability. Can you cater to my needs?
Please remember that customer safety is our number one priority. We try to cater to everyone’s needs, but depending on your disability, you may not be able participate in some activities. We are always keen to find a solution though so if you are unsure, please feel free to contact us.
Is it ok if I can’t swim?
All participants are required to wear a life jacket during our active water-based activities. If you are wearing a lifejacket in the water, you will float. We do take people that cannot swim and we make them feel safe enough to participate in the tour. We will also give you instruction on what to do in case you fall in the water before the tour starts.
I have special dietary needs
We will try our best to find a suitable lunch meal for you. Please contact us beforehand if you need any special meal requirements.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
If you want to change the date to another day, it is okay as long as there is space available. In case of cancellation by the participant, 100% of the fee will be charged on the day of cancellation, 50% the day before, and 30% 6 to 2 days before. Please check the cancellation policy for further information.
