Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by the customer will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation 6 to 2 days in advance: 30% of the tour fee.
Cancellation the day before: 50% of the tour fee.
Cancellation on the day: 100% of the tour fee.
Schedule
Changes
No cancellation fee will be charged for rescheduling to a date that has space available. Please note that if a reservation cannot be rescheduled, the stipulated cancellation fee will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes to your scheduled tour date.
Cancellation of Tour
Tours will be held even in the event of rain but may be canceled in the unlikely event of typhoons, government weather warnings, or other hazards. If we have no choice but to cancel the tour, we will notify you as soon as the decision is made. If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that the tour may be partially changed on the day of the tour depending on the weather and other conditions.
